Artifact 12: Self Portrait

I selected this type of self portrait because I really like the composition and I feel like it encapsulates a lot of my personality and qualities. I made an edited version of the photo that points out some of these things.

I learned while making the self-portrait how important it is to have a good understanding of fighting and color theory when editing photos. Although the original photo was bright, some parts of it looked oversaturated so I took the time to adjust the brightness, black points, and lighting to make sure everything was balanced
